Theology of the BodyAn Introduction to the Theology of the Body
This presentation is for anyone searching for their ultimate purpose in life, as it addresses the most basic truths and questions of human existence. Most of us have heard the "whats" of Catholic teaching, but very few have ever heard the "whys." With profound insight and humor, Bill Donaghy demonstrates that the Church's teaching on sexuality and marriage makes sense, because it resonates with the deepest yearnings of the human heart.

New Ministry Schedule InformationDecember 24, 2009 - March 29, 2010
Ministry Notes
Welcome to all of our new Altar Servers, Extraordinary Ministers, Hospitality Ministers, Lectors, Counters and Sunday Receptionist. We truly appreciate your using your God-given talents and gifts for the service of our liturgy and the BTC parish community.
For the benefit of our new ministers...and as a reminder to our current ministers, the following notes may clarify things.
Sign-In Sheets
We ask that each Ministry sign in at each Mass. The procedure is to cross off your name on the schedule which is at the Receptionist's Desk. If you're subbing for someone, kindly cross off their name and insert yours.
Sub List
A revised sub list is now available and can be picked up along with your schedules. The purpose of this list is to help you find a replacement if you're unable to participate at your scheduled time. Most people are happy to switch when a conflict exists.
Altar Servers
We have tried to pair up our new servers with experienced servers for the first two months ... Therefore, it is very important that you show up when scheduled.
Extraordinary Ministers
For the months of January, February and March, we have scheduled only three Extraordinary Ministers but when we resume distributing the Precious Blood, we will go back to scheduling seven (with the exception of one less if Deacon Dave is present). Always be aware if you are not scheduled and you see we are short, please come forward.
You will be scheduled less frequently because of the reduction of Extraordinary Ministers. However, you may find that you are listed as a Hospitality Minister only instead of being scheduled for both ministries.
Hospitality Ministers
Your presence helps build our BTC community. Arrive at least 20 minutes before Mass and report to the captain who will assign you a job before and after Mass. Hospitality pins are available in the Sunday Receptionist's box. Try and always wear your pin so people know who you are.
Scheduling
Towards the end of a scheduled period, check for a bulletin announcement regarding the opportunity to communicate any changes or conflicts in your schedule. We make every attempt to accommodate your requests. With over 200 ministers, it's always possible something falls through the cracks. Contact Rosemary at kurtz110@comcast.net if you have any questions
